The higher the monthly cash flow after expense, the more valuable your property is worth.
If you are thinking of selling, try to increase your cash flow by renting out new units for market rent.
This may require you to do some renovations on the unit but, will pay off at closing.
Try to reduce your expense by pricing out your insurance cost each year to get the best price.
All sellers want the most out of the sale, so maximize it with planning your exit.
